DPHHS to conduct cardiovascular disease awareness phone survey in Flathead County

In November and December, the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) is conducting a telephone survey with residents of Flathead County who are aged 45 years and older. The objective of the survey is to collect information about cardiovascular disease awareness.

“We really appreciate the public’s participation in the survey,” DPHHS Director Richard Opper said. “I want to stress that all information collected is confidential and anonymous, and participation is, of course, voluntary.”

The caller will identify themselves as representing DPHHS. The survey takes about 10 minutes per call.

Those surveyed are randomly selected. For people with caller ID, the call will show up coming from one of the following numbers: 406-227-7213, 406-235-0929, or 406-431-4850.
