The public is encouraged to contact Mental Health Ombudsman,
Eve Franklin with questions, comments or concerns about the state-supported
public mental health system. Telephone her toll-free at 1-888-444-9669 or
in Helena at 444-9669. She is also available by electronic mail at this address: efranklin@mt.gov.
The Mental Health Ombudsman office is located at 1412 1/2 8th Ave., Helena, (one block north of the
Capitol). The Ombudsman’s office is administratively attached to the
Governor's Office.
