Become a Teacher in DPHHS eLearn

  • Teachers must be approved by their supervisor and an Employee System and File Access Request form must be submitted. Please request Moodle teacher role.
  • Teachers are only assigned to specific courses within DPHHS eLearn. Send an email to HHS Web Support to add a teacher to an existing course.)

Course Request Forms

Please use the eLearn (Moodle) Request form in ServiceNow for 

  • adding a new course
  • moving a course from test to production
  • adding a teacher to an existing course
  • deleting a course

Contact HHS Web Support for custom student enrollment options.  

Test Site

The test site is used for development and testing of new courses.  Only teachers and students who test courses should enroll in the test environment.
