The Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) has proposed revisions to the Administrative Rules of Montana and the Child Care Policy Manual. The proposed changes outlined in the proposed notice, MAR 37-904. This can be found at: https://dphhs.mt.gov/legalresources/administrativerules/title37

On February 6, 2020 at 10:00 am, a public hearing for the proposed notice will be held in the auditorium of the Department of Public Health and Human Services Building, 111 North Sanders, Helena, Montana. DPHHS will make reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities who wish to participate in this rulemaking process or need an alternative accessible format of this notice.
