The ServSafe Food Safety 8-hour course plus 2-hour exam is designed for renewal certification or for those with food safety background.  If you are new to food safety, it is recommended that you obtain a book and study in advance to attending class.  Books can be obtained from the Park County MSU Extension Office or from Park County Environmental Department (see contact information below)

Certified Food Protection Manager Online Resources

Montana only requires certified food protection managers, however the links below will provide
certification for both certified food protection managers and certified food handlers.
The latter is not required in Montana.
