ServSafe Food Safety (CFPM) Training

The ServSafe® Food Safety 8-hour course plus 2-hour exam is designed for renewal certification or for those with food safety background.  If you are new to food safety it is recommended that you obtain a book and study in advance to attending class.  Books can be obtained from the Park County MSU Extension Office or from Park County Environmental Department.
