Submitting a Public Records/Public Information Request
To submit a public records request to the Department of Public Health and Human Services, please visit the Office of Public Information Requests (OPIR) at opir.mt.gov.
OPIR fulfills public information requests for information that is prepared, owned, used, or retained by a public agency, such as DPHHS. The OPIR website includes a list of frequently asked questions, guidance about how to submit a request, and contact information.
