A Healthier Montana
This is the main website for the work done by the State Health Improvement Coalition, which is a group of stakeholders from 24 public health and health care organizations across the state. This group develops an updated State Health Improvement Plan (SHIP) every five years. The Coalition is a workgroup of the Public Health System Improvement Task Force.
