School-Based Services

Children can get some HMK Plus services at school. These services are called school-based services. Examples of services your child may get at school are:

  • Speech therapy
  • Occupational therapy
  • Physical therapy
  • Private nursing
  • Help with daily living activities
  • Specialized transportation
  • Mental health
  • Orientation and mobility specialists for blind and low vision
