Online Ordering and Results
Montana Public Health Laboratory test ordering and results are available through a secure online portal. MTPHL Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) staff has held multiple online demonstrations to familiarize our partners with online test ordering. We are no longer providing paper requisitions. We have created some training documents for your convenience:
- Test abbreviations (use these instead of having to type out the full test name)
- Order Entry (to include creating a new patient record)
- How to search for tests (during order entry)
- Retrieving results (and other miscellaneous information)
- Creating a General Client Services Ticket
- Creating a Supply Request
For security purposes, we are also transitioning from a facility login to individual logins. Please read and fill out these forms below to gain access to our system.
- The laboratory supervisor should fill out and sign the Access Authorization Form.
- Facilities that have 10 or more users should also complete a Local Admin Attestation.
- The User Attestation is to be filled out by every individual that needs access to our system.
