The Mental Health Services Bureau is responsible for the development and oversight of the state's system for delivering and reimbursing publicly funded Adult Mental Health Services. The Bureau ensures availability and efficient delivery of appropriate and effective services; provides extensive monitoring of program implementation and operation; and analyzes and reports on program operations, costs and outcomes.
