Helena Office Moves
Effective September 17th, the Helena CSSD office will be located at 2550 Prospect Avenue.
Online Payment Portal
CSSD processes your payments as efficiently and quickly as possible. Payments made through the Online Payment Portal are sent to CSSD for processing after the funds have cleared your bank or are guaranteed by your credit card company. This could take a few days.
Montana Property Tax Rebate
On March 13, 2023, House Bill 222 was signed into law by Governor Gianforte. The bill provides a rebate to eligible Montana taxpayers for property taxes (HB222) paid. This rebate will be subject to offset if there is an outstanding child support obligation. Additional tax rebate information from the Montana Department of Revenue .
New Interactive Phone System
To better serve the citizens of Montana CSSD is using a new phone system. The new phone system allows individuals to receive general CSSD information, including payment and account balances, as well as the ability to speak to a case worker directly and an option to answer a short customer satisfaction survey. For all CSSD calls, please call 1-800-346-5437.
Child Support For Disabled Adult Children
