Alzheimer’s and Dementia Program
The Alzheimer's and Dementia Program is offering ‘mini-grants’ to local and tribal community resources or organizations to address brain health, early diagnosis, disease awareness, and caregiver support. The funding will support awardees in creation and completion of projects related to dementia and memory loss in their communities. Please see the application below for more information.
