Senior and Long Term Care Hearings

The Department of Public Health and Human Services will hold a public hearing via remote conferencing to consider the proposed amendment and repeal of the above-stated rules.

The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) intends to submit Montana’s Re-designation for Hill County Older Americans Act Services to the Administration for Community Living by April 30, 2024. DPHHS conducted a hybrid public hearing on Thursday, March 21, 2024, at the Conrad Senior Citizen Center in Conrad, Montana, to gather comments on this re-designation. Twenty-six individuals attended either in-person or via Zoom.
