Day Care Homes: If you are interested in applying for participation in the Child and Adult Care Food Program, please contact a Sponsoring Organization of Day Care Homes near you.

If you are an Independent Center or another organization interested in applying for participation in Montana CACFP, please complete and submit the pre-application profile.

Participating Independent Centers and Sponsoring Organizations may access the claims and application system.
