Newborn Safety Devices

Newborn safety device grants, as provided for under the Montana Safe Haven Newborn Protection Act, are available to eligible fire departments, hospitals, and law enforcement agencies for the installation and maintenance of newborn safety devices as defined under 40-6-402, MCA.
