Living Well in the Community Workshops
Living Well in the Community (LWC) is a 10-week health and wellbeing workshop. It is for people who want to set goals to support their overall quality of life and well-being.
Montana adults with disabilities sometimes have difficulty getting access to the supports they need to manage their mental, physical, and chronic conditions. This can make it difficult for people with disabilities to live the life they want.
The LWC Workshop can help you remove barriers and gain access to needed supports so you can focus on your health and reach your meaningful goals!
LWC is one of three workshops available through the Healthy Community Living Program.
