Community Response Programs
The Community Response Program (CRP) was created by Montana Children’s Trust Fund to support and strengthen families by providing individualized, wrap-around services. The CRP is a voluntary 8-to-16-week program for families with a child/children under the age of 18 and is designed to get involved before the family is in crisis, which could lead to episodes of child abuse or neglect. While engaging in this program, CRP staff will assess the family’s unique needs as well as strengths and create three customized goals to work toward strengthening the family unit. The CRP takes referrals from all sources, including self-referrals, Child and Family Services (CFS), school staff, hospital staff, and any other community referrals.
