imMTrax Webinar Trainings

The Montana Immunization Program is pleased to offer the following training opportunities in November 2024 for imMTrax users to participate in. These training webinars are open to all imMTrax Users*. Participation is 100% voluntary. The training webinars will be presented via Microsoft Teams webinar software.

Topic: Overview of New imMTrax Vaccine Forecasting Logic (ImmuCast 2.0)

Summary: imMTrax uses code called ImmuCast to forecast vaccines due via the imMTrax forecaster tool. ImmuCast is based on vaccine schedule guidelines recommended by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP). This guide provides details on the changes between the old imMTrax forecaster logic (ImmuCast 1.0) and the new forecaster logic (ImmuCast 2.0).

Topic: Merging Patient Records in imMTrax 

Summary: The primary goal of merging client records is to create one current and complete record for each patient in imMTrax. The workflow for reporting patient duplicates and merging patient records in imMTrax will be discussed. 

 
*NOTE:  The merge role is a permission only granted to approved users who have completed merge role training and returned a signed agreement (available by request only). It’s a best practice to have at least one person at each facility who has the Merge imMTrax access role.

Topic: Immunization Data Entry Training

Summary: This training will cover how to record vaccine data directly into imMTrax. The workflows for standard patient vaccine data entry and entry via the Mass Immunization Module will be reviewed.
