imMTrax Webinar Trainings

The Montana Immunization Program is pleased to offer the following training opportunities in July 2026 for imMTrax users to participate in. These training webinars are open to all imMTrax users*. Participation is 100% voluntary. The training webinars will be presented via Microsoft Teams webinar software.

 

Topic: Merging Records in imMTrax

Summary: The primary goal of merging patient records in imMTrax is to create one current and complete record for each individual patient in imMTrax. The workflow for reporting patient duplicates and merging patient records in imMTrax* will be discussed.

 The Montana Immunization Program is pleased to offer a monthly new user imMTrax training webinar. This imMTrax training will be open to all imMTrax users*, but it will be geared towards new users. The training will focus on imMTrax direct data entry vaccination workflows. Standard patient data entry and entry via the Mass Immunization Module will be reviewed. Participation is 100% voluntary. The training will be presented via Microsoft Teams webinar software. For your convenience, calendar attachments are provided.

*Read Only w/Consent imMTrax users do not have access to enter vaccines into imMTrax

Topic: imMTrax Direct Data Entry of Vaccinations

Summary: This training will cover how to record vaccine data directly into imMTrax. The workflows for Standard patient vaccine data entry and entry via the Mass Immunization module will be reviewed.
