Office of Administrative Hearings

The Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) conducts impartial administrative hearings on decisions made by the programs administered by the Department.  Most decisions in most programs have a right to hearing, but not all. For information on how to request a hearing please refer to the notice provided to you by the Department.
