Public accommodations include (but are not limited to) hotels, motels, bed and breakfasts, and tourist homes/short-term rentals such as Airbnb's and VRBO's. This page provides information on public accommodation rules, laws, and plan reviews in addition to bed bugs and the Temporary Emergency Lodging Program.
