imMTrax Webinar Trainings

The Montana Immunization Program is pleased to offer the following training opportunities in May 2025 for imMTrax users to participate in. These training webinars are open to all imMTrax Users*. Participation is 100% voluntary. The training webinars will be presented via Microsoft Teams webinar software.

 

Topic: imMTrax Reminder/Recall Functions

Summary: Reminder/Recall Functions are a series of imMTrax tools allowing the user* to generate a series of reminder and recall notices, including

• Immunization Reminder/Overdue Letters and Cards
• Mailing Labels
• Patients Lists

NOTE - *Read-only users do not have access to Reminder/Recall functions.

Topic: Immunization Data Entry Training

Summary: This training will cover how to record vaccine data directly into imMTrax. The workflows for standard patient vaccine data entry and entry via the Mass Immunization Module will be reviewed.
