DDP Qualified Provider Process for Medicaid Waiver Services
The following information is presented as a guide for entities interested in becoming qualified to provide services for Montana's citizens with developmental disabilities who are eligible for one or more of the developmental disabilities community Medicaid waiver services administered by the Developmental Disabilities Program (DDP).
Some DDP policies are posted on the Policies and Procedures page of the DDP website although the website list may not be complete. Applicants will need to contact a local DDP office to be sure you are in compliance with all applicable policies and procedures.
A “hard copy” version of these documents can be requested from a local DDP office. Montana statutes and rules and federal rules are available in county libraries, law libraries, and federal libraries or online.
