e-IWO Online
Thank YOU Employers! You are critical in the effort to help children! The Employers Role in the Child Support Program
There is an option for employers to utilize e-IWO. Electronic Income Withholding Order (e-IWO) Overview. Set-up is quick and easy by registering on the Federal Child Support Portal.
Use the Portal CSP - Employers Home if you are an employer or third-party provider and want to use this standardized, centralized site to:
- Submit employees who are eligible to receive a lump sum payment
- Report employee terminations
- Respond to new income withholding orders (IWOs) that an individual no longer or never worked for you
- Provide and/or update address, contact, and other information about your company that we share with child support agencies to improve communication and reduce misdirected mail and documents
- Register your company as a multistate employer for new hire reporting and identify the state where you will submit all newly and rehired employees
- Send secure messages and exchange documents with child support agencies and OCSE through Communication Center. This reduces the need to encrypt emails.
Online Payment Portal
CSSD processes your payments as efficiently and quickly as possible. Payments made through the Online Payment Portal are sent to CSSD for processing after the funds have cleared your bank or are guaranteed by your credit card company. This could take a few days.
Updated Online Services Access
The New Hire Reporting System, Online Payment System and the File Transfer Service require Okta sign in credentials. Okta will be replacing ePass as the single sign in for multiple state services. Follow the Okta Instructions to create an Okta account.
