New Hire Reporting Program

Employers must report newly hired and rehired employees within twenty (20) days from the date of hire.

The information reported helps to: locate non-custodial parents, to establish paternity and child support orders, and enforce existing orders. The information can also be used to help detect and prevent certain types of fraud.



The DPHHS website is being redesigned and will be moved to a new platform in July.
