Changes are coming to simplify child care rules in Montana. DPHHS will host a public hearing prior to adopting the new rules.

• On November 13, 2023, at 9:00 a.m., the Department of Public Health and Human Services will hold a public hearing via remote conferencing to consider the proposed adoption and repeal of the above-stated rules. Interested parties may access the remote conferencing platform in the following ways:
