Job Exploration Counseling
Job Exploration Counseling may include a wide variety of activities which help individuals with career planning. Job Exploration Counseling fosters motivation and helps students explore opportunities so they can make informed decisions about the future.
Students can explore their interests and abilities, explore the world of work, work with a job mentor, shadow a job or career, investigate careers, etc.
Examples of activities: Complete an Interest Inventory Survey, listen to guest speakers, use teacher resources, attend a career fair and many more.
