Upcoming Training Information:

The Montana Immunization Program is pleased to announce the New imMTrax User Training schedule is now available. A variety of trainings will be offered January 7-31.  Trainings are provided at no-cost and will be offered in-person and by webinar.  Both the content and topic order will be presented the same in each training.  Due to content applicability and space considerations for in-person training offerings, Read Only and Read Only w/Consent users are encouraged to attend the first hour of a webinar session, which will provide the tools to navigate the new system. The transition to the new imMTrax system is expected to occur early 2019, with a date tentatively scheduled on or after January 28, 2019.

For your convenience, a training calendar snapshot is available HERE.

In-Person Trainings:
Pre-registration is REQUIRED and will close when the training is full or three business days before the session begins. In-person trainings will be around four hours, split into four major topics, and will consist of instruction and hands-on activity. Most training locations will offer both a morning and afternoon session to choose from.  Each attendee will have a computer and complete activities throughout the training. Registration is open immediately.

If you register for an in-person training, you will be expected to attend that session in its entirety. In the event that an in-person session fills up, a waiting list will be created. If you are unable to attend the session you registered for, please email Maddie Barber, mbarber@mt.gov, immediately. Individuals who do not register and show up to an in-person training, may be turned away.

Note: While imMTrax staff would have liked to offer more locations for in-person trainings, we were limited in the facilities that could be booked due to overall availability, scheduling conflicts, cost, permissibility, and other restrictions.  We also understand January poses barriers to travel.  We encourage all users to consider attending web-based training where travel is a burden or otherwise hazardous

Webinar Trainings:
Individuals are encouraged, but not required, to pre-register for webinar trainings. Individuals who pre-register will receive test account information to follow along and practice activities during the webinar trainings. Registration will close three business days before the session. Webinar trainings will be around four hours, split into four major topics. To make webinar trainings compatible with imMTrax user’s schedules, there will be a 15 minute break between each major topic. imMTrax users are encouraged to join for one or more topics during the same session or pick and choose different topics over multiple sessions.

Training Topics:
• Search, view, add patient records and update consent
• Record immunizations and review vaccination history
• Inventory management: order, reconcile, transfer, add private doses
• Reminder/recall and reports
