Given the increase in measles activity around the U.S., we wanted to provide you with a ‘care package’ of materials that you can use to assist with planning and case investigation as well as questions from your surveillance partners and the general public. • Summary of Changes to Administrative Rules- Effective July 27, 2024
• 2024 Reportable Disease List- This list may be distributed to external partners (e.g., healthcare facilities, schools, correctional facilities) so they know what conditions are reportable to your jurisdictions and what conditions require confirmatory specimens to be submitted.
• 2024 Reportable Disease List with Option for Your Jurisdiction Logo- This is the same document as the one above, but there is a spot for you to place your jurisdiction logo rather than the MTDPHHS logo, if desired.
• Reporting Reference Sheet (for use by local health jurisdictions only, please do not distribute)- This document is a reference guide for local health jurisdictions and details what conditions are reportable, how soon reports need to be made to CDEpi, and who at CDEpi is your go-to if you have questions about reporting for that condition.
• Definition of "Immediately Reportable"- This document clarifies what is meant in Administrative Rule 37.114.201 when it is said that reporters must "immediately" report any condition listed in Administrative Rule 37.114.203.
