Given the increase in pertussis activity around the U.S. and in Montana, we wanted to provide you with a ‘care package’ of materials that you can use to assist with planning and case investigation as well as for answering questions from your surveillance partners and the general public. You may want to distribute some of these to your healthcare providers and laboratories.

Outbreaks of communicable disease are reportable in Montana as established in Administrative Rule of Montana 37.114.203.

 

New Outbreak Reporting App- The CDEpi Outbreak Reporting App contains the Jotform links for submitting reports of outbreaks as well as resources for responding and mitigating outbreaks.
